How do we achieve personal productivity? How do we create and maintain effective teams? And how can we solve problems with creativity and innovative thinking? The details of these answers differ for each of us, but we need two critical ingredients, practical tools and personal insights.
My Lightbulb Moment
With a background in project management and business development, I naturally worked in a very planned and structured way. I found it hard to understand when people struggled with structure and organisation. Then I moved in to coaching, and more specifically personal development coaching. I soon realised that even highly effective structures and systems failed if people couldn’t tailor them for themselves. And they couldn’t do that without a degree of personal insight.
One size fits nobody, but a tailored approach can fit everyone
This has now become my signature approach. I still love a good system and an effective structure (and even the odd Gantt chart). But I combine these with personal insights for individuals and teams, so they can tailor these tools to suit their unique circumstances. That’s what makes a difference. That’s what makes it work.
